Cash Advances

Many families have learned the value of cash advances over the years, and the industry as a whole has seen great growth, with the online sector in particular exploding to meet with the demand. But with that growth has appeared a couple of factors which have served to make many wary of dealing with online companies dealing in cash advances. When coupled with some of the other misunderstood areas of these loans, this has left many out in the dark and not taking advantage of a potential life saver. The most commonly misunderstood or feared aspects of cash advances are considered below.

1.      Online cash advances companies aren't reputable

With the large number of companies that have popped up, and the ease that exists in creating sites and then vanishing, this is certainly a valid point. There's no denying that numerous sites sprang up that ripped people off when they were at their most vulnerable, which is a terrible thing. The industry also isn't helped by the numerous e-mail campaigns that many of them conduct, which is not viewed favourably. The truth though is that there are plenty of completely honest and reputable online cash advances companies on the internet, you just have to take the time to find them. A good place to start is the Better Business Bureau, or throw a high volume third party site that has customer testimonials of cash advances companies.

2.      I'll never qualify for a loan with my bad credit

Completely false. In fact most companies won't carry out credit checks at all, with only a few doing so for informational and statistical purposes. The setup that exists for paying back the loan is safe enough for the company that they don't need to be overly concerned with a person's credit history. There's also the fact that these companies know that their interest rates aren't the most appealing, so they need to offer a service that not only goes above and beyond what other loan companies can provide, but that also targets a segment of the population that those loan companies won't often deal with.

3.      I don't have a car or house to put against the loan

Again, not necessary, as explained above. With their payment system in place, they need no further assurances or collateral to give you an advance.

4.      I don't have a bank account, no problem right?

Wrong unfortunately. This is where their payment system comes into play, and as such you must have a bank account not only to accept their payment to you, but also to pay them back from, with further proof that your pay check is put into that account like clockwork. Without a bank account you will not qualify for a cash advance, no matter your credit history or income.

As you can see there are both positives and negatives surrounding cash advances. They offer a great service to those in need, just be sure to do your research and you should be well prepared for any situation that arises. The peace of mind of knowing that cash advances are there to back you up may even reduce the stress in your life without ever using one.
